Partnerships

The Center for Computational Biology is an umbrella organization encompassing research and teaching activities at the University of California, Berkeley. Our collaborative and interdisciplinary environment is reflected in the number and variety of our associations. Our researchers work closely with researchers and scientists from a number of departments, research centers, and national laboratories. These relationships help us fulfill our mission by contributing valuable resources, insights, approaches, and perspective.

Academic and Governmental Partners

Industry Partners
Private industry partnerships are key to CCB success. Converting laboratory innovations into readily available and affordable products for the public cannot be accomplished without the support of private industry. The CCB currently has one industrial partner—Celera—and is currently recruiting more that share our vision. Membership in the Center Industry Affiliates Program is open to companies big and small.
