Aaron Streets receives the Chancellor’s Award for Advancing Institutional Excellence and Equity

Aaron Streets, Associate Professor in Bioengineering, was awarded this year’s Chancellor Award for Advancing Excellence and Equity. Some of his contributions include working on the Human Cell Atlas, serving as the Director of Berkeley’s Bioengineering Scholars Program, co-founding the Berkeley Stanford UCSF Next Generation Faculty Symposium and serving on the committee for the College of Engineering’s Advancing Faculty Diversity Initiative. Aaron is also currently serving as the inaugural faculty advisor for graduate diversity in the Division of Computing, Data Science, and Society.
