Lab: Julien Ayroles
Thomas is a Ph.D. student in the Center for Computational Biology at UC Berkeley. He graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, majoring in computer science and statistics. Before coming to Berkeley, Thomas was involved in research that included spatial transcriptomics analysis methods, skin microbiome genomic epidemiology, and diversity in immunological machine learning methods. As part of the Ayroles lab, Thomas is interested in understanding immune variation and its consequences at the cellular level.
