Venue 
The Center for Computatinal Biology Fall 2023 Retreat will be held from Friday, November 3 through Sunday, November 5 at the Green Mountain Retreat, located in the mountains between Los Gatos and Santa Cruz.  

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in begins at 4pm on Friday, Nov 3rd. Upon arrival, follow signs to park in the lot and make your way to the lobby of the Welcoming Center for check-in.

The Retreat officially commences with Friday dinner, served from 6:00 -7:15PM in the Dining Hall.

Please check-out is by 2pm on Sunday, Nov 5th. 

COVID Protocol 
We are requesting that all attendees test on Friday before attending the Retreat.  We will have covid tests available for you to test before boarding the charter bus on Friday.  If you are in need of a test, you can also pick up a test from the CCB Office in 108 Stanley prior to the retreat on either 10/30, 11/1, or 11/2. Please message Francisca at fcazares@berkeley.edu to arrange pick up between 8:30-12:00 or 1:00-4:30 on any of those days.

We will also have covid tests as well as masks available at the retreat.

Transportation 
We have chartered a 38-seat bus.  The bus will leave at 4pm on Friday Nov 3 from Stanley Hall and return to Stanley Hall on Sunday, Nov 5th at around the same time.

The bus will arrive at 3:30PM for the 4:00PM departure on Friday, November 3rd.  Please plan to arrive early to check-in and complete your COVID tests (if needed) so we can leave on time.  Check-in will start at 3PM in front of Stanley Hall.

For those who have indicated that you would like to carpool and be paired with a driver, we will be sending you that information shortly.  If you would like to be added to the carpool list, please let us know ASAP so we can assist in making these arrangements.
