Venue
The Center for Computatinal Biology Fall 2022 Retreat will be held in in person from Friday, November 4 through Sunday, November 6 at the Green Mountain Retreat, located in the mountains between Los Gatos and Santa Cruz.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in begins at 4pm on Friday, Nov 4th. Upon arrival, follow signs to park in the lot and make your way to the lobby of the Welcoming Center for check-in.

The Retreat officially commences with Friday dinner, served 6:00 -7:30PM in the Dining Hall.

Check-out is by 11am on Sunday, Nov 6th. You can leave your bags in the Meeting Room B, Nagel Hall near the Performance Hall.

COVID Protocol
We are requesting that all attendees test on Friday before attending the Retreat. We will have rapid antigen tests available for you to test before boarding the charter bus on Friday. If you are in need of a test, you can also pick up a test from Kate Chase’s office (574 Stanley) prior to the retreat.

We will also have rapid antigen tests as well as masks available at the retreat.

Transportation
We have chartered a 38-seat bus. The bus will leave at 4pm on Friday Nov 4th from Stanley Hall and return to Stanley Hall on Sunday, Nov 6th at around the same time.

The bus will arrive at 3:30PM for the 4:00PM departure on Friday, November 4. Please plan to arrive early to check-in and complete your COVID tests (if needed) so we can leave on time. Check-in will start at 3PM in front of Stanley Hall.

For those who would like to carpool and be paired with a driver, please let us know and we can assist you in making carpool arrangements.

WiFi
There is reliable wi-fi in the Performance Hall where the talks will take place. Hotspots can be set up to strengthen wi-fi connection as needed. For those giving talks, it is recommended that you make sure your presentations are downloaded to your devices in event that wifi is not working.
