Nicholas Ingolia has been promoted to Professor of Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Structural Biology in UC Berkeley's Molecular and Cell Biology (MCB) department. His lab focuses on studying how cells regulate the translation and stability of mRNAs in the cytosol, exploring how this regulation supports vital biological functions.
