Research interests:
Brenner’s interests includes computational biology, bioengineering, cellular functions and more. His lab specifically researches gene regulation by alternative splicing and nonsense-mediated mRNA decay, prediction of protein function using Bayesian phylogenomics, medical and environmental metagenomics and personal genomics, and structural genomics and proteins complexes.
