Sandrine Dudoit gives talk on, “Learning from Data in Single-Cell Transcriptomics” for the Canadian Statistical Institute (CANSSI)

Sandrine Dudoit, Professor and Associate Dean for Faculty and Research of the Division of Computing, Data Science, and Society gave a virtual talk on, “Learning from Data in Single-Cell Transcriptomics” for the Canadian Statistical Institute (CANSSI) on February 13th. The talk consisted of survey questions related to analyzing single-cell RNA-Seq data and the differentiation of stem cells in the brain.
